Services

Texture Tales by Dwi provides custom 3D textured artwork commissions, limited-edition art pieces, AI mockup visualization, and delivery services within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). All artworks are handcrafted and unique.

Commissions & Orders

All commissions begin with a consultation. Pricing is determined based on size, complexity, materials, and project scope. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before creation starts.

Payments

Payment terms will be discussed during the consultation phase. We accept various payment methods which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery

We offer secure delivery across the GTA. All artworks arrive ready-to-hang. Large pieces include secure hooks for effortless mounting. Delivery timelines will be communicated during the commission process.

Intellectual Property

All artwork designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Texture Tales by Dwi. Reproduction, distribution, or use without written permission is prohibited.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our artworks, all sales are final. If there is a defect or damage during delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your artwork for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Texture Tales by Dwi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website.
